Good to hear you haven't thrown in the towel with the TS and riding it Smile

Just one thing, if your bike is in your garage being fixed, how did it get to the pound?

Honestly it's good to see you back on the bike, probably not wise to ride with a cast on your arm, leg is slightly better but wouldn't advise.

Can't say i've heard of people getting pulled for being impaired unless it was obviously causing them a problem. You do realise driving with invalid/no insurance carries 6 points though? i'd be careful

but as least im wanting to get back on a bike Smile

I'm confused....are you saying that your bike has been impounded as the fact that you had a cast on invalidated your insurance?

Or that you simply didn't have insurance on the bike?

Surely that would be reckless driving or something. Not invalid insurance. I'm not even going to begin this topic with the notion that you might be telling the truth for once.
Proof or it never happened.

I rode a bike with a broken collarbone once (not far, it was extremely bloody painful). But getting on a bike in a cast is just mental Laughing I can't believe anyone would actually do that Shocked

Riding with your arm in a cast shouldn't invalidate your insurance. You might get done for due care or something though I suppose.

To be honest I suspect you were being an arsehole with the copper, or riding like an utter prat, because I can't see them prosecuting you and impounding your bike otherwise.

I thought you said the forks were all bent up and that? Not surprised it was seized if you were riding it about like that.

Well, good luck with getting back on anyway - just take it easy, and wait 'til you're healed up first.

I'd come for a ride, but my bike's all over my living room floor, and I'm nowhere near London anyway.

If you're not bullshitting, good luck Thumbs Up

I've ridden the 125 with fishing rods to go fishing with 2 mates, with my arm in a cast, although it was nearly time to take it off, only problem i had was it chafed like fuck between the thumb and index finger, didn't catch any fish either Sad
