Very nice.

Have got to wait for son's birthday and Christmas before I can think about splashing some cash on my wee beastie again. I suppose it gives me more time to figure what the hell to do with it.

The front wheel is one of a pair which I took off my CRF50. They were sat in the back of the garage. So I just stuck them on while I'm waiting for my tyres etc. Dont want the bike stood on the forks and swing arm really. There's over £500 worth of forks and swinger on there!

As for the front wheel colour. I am considering getting the Mag's painted in a Flat gold. Think it will go really well with the blue and white.

Talking of the Honda CRF50.
It's just about done now. Check it out!
Cool

I've finally got the rear wheel mounted up right.
I had to get some longer sprocket bolts, So I could run the spacer between the hub and sprocket, So the chain and sprockets all line up okay.

Hunting around for some M8 Counter sunk 50mm long bolts on ebay. Everywhere wanting silly money for them.

Went to a small hardware store in Gravesend today, And got a pack of 20 M15 washers (To spacer the axles), And 4 of these counter sunk bolts. For £1.40! Cool

Anyway, Rear wheel is lined up, and fitted ready to ride on.
Just waiting for a call off Adam at Watling tyres to tell me my tyre is in. And I can get the front wheel all fitted up with a tyre.

Cant wait. Am running Dunlop GP tyres. Proper sticky, and they are more or less semi slicks!

Finally got my front tyre. Fitted it today and got the wheels fitted up.

The bike rides really nice. Brakes need to bed into the new disks. But the wheels are SOOO planted. No flex under hard acceleration. And it corners like its on rails. Really really impressed with them!

Are you local?

I'll probably be riding it to places like the Ace cafe next summer. Probably do a Box Hill Ride out on it. And I'd like to take it to South End at some point.

Far out I know. But I've just put a 140 YX race engine in Gaz's road legal Shineray with him. So we're both good for 70mph~ now.

The Teezer pit, I am down gearing. Gonna run 15/39 sprockets on the 12" wheel.
Call it crazy gearing. But I've started doing track days, And I find the gearing too tall for the tight corners. I find myself using first gear, Which I'd rather now.

It's currently on 17/39 gearing and tops out around 85mph. However, it wont reach its peak power in 6th gear. So down gearing wont loose me much top speed anyway, as it'll have more torque to pull the revs.

It looks sexual now. I am still considering doing them gold though.

And I doubt I'll sell it on. Cant see it being worth much over a grand? So It's just not worth my while to sell.

There is £600 worth of wheels/sprocket/disks and tyres on there alone.

It's based on a Kawasaki KLX110. Which is classed as a "Mid size" mini bike.
However, It's got 660mm forks and an extended swinging arm. So its quite some taller than a stock KLX110.
It's also got bigger bars, A High rise seat, Bigger tyres etc. So its actually not a bad size bike.

I'd go as far as saying its got a similar seat height to my old CBR400 NC29.

It towers over a monkey bike.

Changed the sprockets about on the bike. Now running the smaller front sprocket. And its sweet as! Such fast acceleration for a 125. Love it! Cool

Last picture really before the bike gets tucked up for the winter. Sad
Weather has been consecutively shite for ages now!

Future plans are an Acewell or Trialtech Dash, Gotta fit a proper choke lever/plunger as I've currently got a piece of cable sticking out from behind the plastics.

Also gotta after a narrower radiator so it doesn't get smashed off in a right hand low side.

And lastly, Crash bobbins and hand guards are to come.
