Ab muscles, I mean.

I am fairy irresistible to women - all women, whatever their age or nationality - as you know. However, doesn't hurt to be even more of a stud, I feel.

So what's the quickest and easiest way to get ab muscles?

I believe there are waist straps that electrocute you into shape? Any experience with these?

cheers.

Laughing Laughing

That one sentence undermined your whole post.....why not put some effort in fatty?

Eat right - the abs are there, its just the fat thats covering them needs to go.

Lose the fat first, do lots of cardio, fat loss isnt area specific and unfortunately in us males it goes from the 'pouch' infront of the abs last, so can be a long process. Sit ups and crunches are best for building the abs themselves, but also keep the rest of you in tone, hit the gym, do lots of cardio. I've tried the Slendatone as a laugh once, it feels weird and maybe works as a placebo, and although putting it on your mate on the highest setting and watch him writhe around struggling not to shit himself is extremely funny in all honesty they won't get you anywhere near a 6 pack without putting lots of work in yourself, there is no easy answer!

Sorry!

Rolling Eyes

Train twice a day 6 days a week. By train I dont mean mince about doing boxercise or some other shit, properly train.

Along with what fanny said, do planks, L-sits/v-sits and squats.

Six/eight packs take years to get, It took me from the age of 7yrs to 18-19 years with being in the pool doing 3-4 miles at a time plus sprint training in the pool, twice a day every day except sundays when I just did the one two hour session.
Took one woman and 12 months to lose it all.
If like me you are naturally chunky, keeping the definition takes loads of work, if you are a skinny runt your muscles show already, you just need to build them up.

Being over 30 is the first downfall.

I've come to the realisation that I'm fucked now and need to embrace the love handles.

They're funny. My dad's mate bought a really cheap one and on any setting above 3 it was very painful. I whacked it up to 10 and through it at my dad's head Laughing He wasn't pleased.

I can get my six pack back within weeks, but I'm very lean.

right im in the same postition as you Wink.
1st thing is you need a bmi fat % of 10% or less to even be able to see your abs. then work them. good old stomach training none of this electrical crap that dont work. so its all down to fat loss. work out your bmi online or use one of them machine things in boots or the gym. once your down to there traint you higher/lower abs. Wink

Bet me to it, although I've always been active and never put 'weight' on, I weigh 9 stone now(im 21 & 5'11) my pet peeve has always been my metabolism being so good I can't gain weight.. My pack is visible and I do a very minimal 40 sit ups a day and 30~ chin ups, which does help the abs as you can feel them ache more during the process.

Eating the right things, the right way and doing LOT'S of exercise are the only way to gain the physique you want and the keep on top of the maintenance that comes with it. Meaning once you get the magical pack you can't just do what you want and hope it stays that way, you gotta keep on top of it.

That's all I used to do but I was doing around 400-500 a day in blocks of 20.

Now I can barely do 5 at a time and my shoulders start aching Embarassed

Seriously dude, that must take all day.

I do it whenever I have time, tho certain things keep me from having the time more recently.

It took about 30 seconds(ish) to do 20.

So to do 500 it would take 12:30 minutes spread over the day. Not long at all.

I have a spreadsheet so I could keep track of my progress and I've not done any serious chin ups since January Neutral

Apparently.

Boost your metabolism (the rate at which your body burns fat) with green tea or tablets from places like holand and barrett.
Drink water through out the day (preff room temp it has no calories and you burn calories to digest it)
Start eating less calories and exercise more not loads, just a little bit more.

It works, you litterally see the weight falling off you. You will find that your abs are already there, just hidden.
Download "the truth about six pack abs" off the net, its got everything i said in there plus alot more.

Fucking.

I'm quite serious by the way... Get enough shagging in and you'll never need to do sit-ups/cruches or whatever... It's one hell of alot more fun that doing situps too... If only gyms had the kind of apparatus you need for that available for hire!
