lever screw help?

any one know how to remove the main pivot screw on the brake lever?? it seems to sit in a slight housing suggesting it need to be tapped a little first to undo it but on the otherside its threaded!? any help so i can get them off without using a hammer lol. cherrs

If there is no nut on the other end it should just come out. It sits in that part of the bracket so that you do not need two spanners (or sockets) to undo it or tighten it up Thumbs Up

yeah, there s no nut on it but its threaded , thought it was crewed in,didnt want to wack it cos i might have dameged the thread. A bit of wd and a whack and it poped out, thanks
