70cc kit on scooter

if i put a 70 kit on my scooter will i need to up jet it and have ecu/cdi remapped??

Yes, An upjet would be beneficial, If not neccessary on a 2-stroke, What scooter is it? I can advise you on a decent 70 kit
And you wont need the CDI remapped.
