Next to no money.
2 stroke oil and low mpg.
No.
You can find nice deals, I picked up my 2000 CLR125 for £200 on ebay. Needs MOT and a few little bits, all done for under £50 though.. MOT on saturday, its then cost me maxium of £300.
Also I wouldnt recommend a "decent" 125 2t to commute on, I did on the RS, but it left me stuck a few times. I'd trust my commute on something like a KH125/RXS100... cheap and cheerful
EDIT : Almost forgot, pics of sister |

I loved my RXS but the brakes have scared me more than once. That said, the bike itself is fantastic and you learn to adapt to the brakes.
Standard response is 4 stroke 125s with disc brakes: Honda CG125/Cityfly, Suzuki GS/GN125, Yamaha YBR125. Good, solid, reliable bikes which stop. ____________________ Riding: BMW R1150RT `02 bought mildly crashed
Fixing: Also the BMW as I get less broken bits
Gone: ZZR600 '00, TRX850 '97, RXS100 '93, JS125-6B '07, BMW R1100RS '93, Kawasaki ZX-6R-J2 '01, Honda Bros NT400 NC25 '88 |
