Booking flights

I need to fly from Northern Ireland to Scotland on Saturday morning, I won't find out for sure if I have to fly unill 5pm on Friday.

Will the fligts cost much more if I book them the night before?
It's £53 for two people if I book today.

Do they have a cancellation policy ? ie How much would it cost to cancel if you bought now.

How much are the flights for tomorrow ?

If it's sleazyjet there'll be no cancellation policy.

It's a bit of a lottery, the price might go up or down dependent on how busy the flight is. (Not very? down. Very? up.)

Pays to shop around though, sometimes flybe can be cheaper than sleazyjet, plus they fly from Belfast City which is much handier, (assuming that suits you...)

I think last time I booked short notice (to pick my bike up) I flew back over on flybe and it was surprisingly cheap, it was only one way right enough.
