I was looking at a shitty flat that had half finished building works around it, and the estate agent said don't buy this, get yourself a house instead. He talked himself out of a sail.

Probably the best advice ever, as that flat is still surrounded my half finished building work, and doesnt really have any natural light.

It's mad because you don't expect a sales kinda guy to talk himself out of a sale.

Some advice that's helped me out in life

- Put bog roll down the pan first before taking a shit to avoid splash back.

With regards to shop prices.......... You are invited to buy, that invite can be revoked at any time. If they misprice something they do not have to sell it, some may show good will and honour the price, but they do not have to, what they should not do is have it priced at a lower price than they are charging at the till.
