If you want to increase the amount of fuel going through the system you have to buy a bigger jet. There not expensive and pretty simples to put in.

You should go to about 165 or 170

sounds more likely that you have an air leak,
with the bike idling spray wd40 at the carb and rubbers both sides of it, if the revs change then you have a air leak if not you can rule that out,
you havn't changed to a stupid pod filter have you??
if so put the air box back on ____________________ the humans are dead

It still sounds like it could be a tad weak on the pilot jet / air screw. (assuming the throttle cable is not sticking, and you have some slack in the cable)
A small adjustment of the air screw should do the trick 1/4 turn or so.
(if it`s back firing or popping at near to full throttle it`s a main jet problem, go up a size or two)
Dellorto jets go up in 2`s and 3`s
for example--100,102,105,108,110,112.--250,252,255 etc.
what others have said about air leaks is possible.
when running correctly the plug should be the colour of a biscuit rich tea or gingernut, ____________________ It`s all powerfull white mans magic
