They have those things in Seoul, in Sincheon and Tokyo they are only worthy due to the phenominal cost of land, which even London compared to Seoul or Tokyo costs peanuts.

Ontop of that its probably that the companies are scared that they won't get their capital back and possibly that we are too risk adverse, in that the one in Sincheon I saw you had to walk along a narrow steel walkway with a big bloody hole on one side of it. The hole could not have a barrier on it as the mechanism had to swing through it.

Nah would rather park at the side of the road.
Knowing my luck it would break down with my car at the top and take a week to get fixed leaving me stranded. Mr. Green

Because in other countries they hire people who were capable of maintaining and operating it professionally, instead of whoever they can find cheap?

It looks like a giant Sony Flexicart.

The amount of times those things miss tapes, get jammed or generally screw up is unbelievable. And the cost for a machine the size of a wardrobe that takes video tapes is staggering.

I dread to think how much that cost. Maybe billions?

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
