i serviced my brakes last week and somehow managed to put the front wheel back in the wrong way round
to be honest i've had the wheel off loads lately for assorted things and got rather lax with it all i think
I've probably done no more than 30 miles like this and the front brake has hardly been used at all due to conditions, can it cause damage to disks, bearing's etc to run them the wrong way? ____________________ 04 NSR 125(sold) ---- 03 CBR 600rr(sold) ----90 pan euro ST1100 ' ' ----02 CG 125

the disks, tyre and wheel all have arrows telling which way rotation is, i only noticed it was wrong today as i was curious as to why the brake was sqeeling, also to make it more obvious the spokes on the wheel all kinda slant one way so when you stand back and look it doesn't match the pattern of the rear spokes
I still cant believe i didn't notice earlier ____________________ 04 NSR 125(sold) ---- 03 CBR 600rr(sold) ----90 pan euro ST1100 ' ' ----02 CG 125

I don't think I've ever encountered a wheel that could go on both ways rounds |

Hi
On most older bikes the speedo drive would give it away.
Suspect in theory the wheel is stronger in one direction, while the tyre is designed to rotate one way. However unless you have been stressing them I doubt that there is any issue with them.
Pads and disks wear to each other. Possibly you have just accelerated their wear for a bit.
All the best
