Hi,
Is there any way I can find out where my bike was originally registered?

I have just ordered a duplicate service book (my last one was accidentally thrown out!) and am trying to fill in some blanks.
I cant remember where the bike was originally bought from five years ago.

Also I have no recollection of service dates etc.

Bad news as this will obviously effect the resale value.

Off top of my head, assuming still original have a look at the registration plate.
The law states there should be the name and postcode of the (plate) supplier on there.
Most dealers put their name on it as free advertising.

if you contact the importer and give them the reg or vin number they will be able to tell you who the supplying dealer was. As long as it was an official UK bike.
