CB 250 - Offers?

I have a CB250 Nighthawk, as per this pic:

same colour, great condition, white wheels, great all year all weather bike ideal if passed test.

Sits comfortably at 70 all day, and it has enough power for overtakes etc.

Its a 97 model, P reg, 10500 miles, Decent tyres, Recent C+S, Well looked after, and you can get around 120miles for £6 fuel which isnt too bad!

Looking for around £1200 but make me an offer? or would consider swap + cash or straight swap? W.H.Y?
