Surely that idea has been scrapped by now (that was from 2001) or is something that is still expected to be produced?
Oh and its 150bhp so it wont be a 400. RSV-4R is just to denote its a V4 I think.

Yep, it was rumoured back in about 1988 and was originally being designed as a 750.
