Bike Wiring

In y right hand i believe i holding the positive/Negative wires for the battery, ok i get that but in my right hand those 2 wires one is black with a hole so a screw fiting i presume but the red is a hose clip and i have no idea where it goes if anyone could help it wouldbe uch apreciated addtional inforation this is a Gilera runner 50cc if that helps

My first guess would be to the starter motor. The black would attach to the frame somewhere and the red would go to a relay or solenoid somewhere.

I agree the wires are heavy gauge.,so must be on the starter side somewhere............

Ok thanks for the info i gonna have a look around on the bike if i have no luck findiing it, can i ask where a Solenid (spelling) w/e its called would look like from what i can see i have a red box wire coes out of it goes in the spark and rest of wires to e look like it goes to lights etc and pics of what this would look like be uch apreciated, again i ty for the replies

Ok looked everywhere for this relay/Solenoid not a clue what im looking for or where to locate tbh, if anyone could point me in the direction much apreciated i can post ore pics if this will help just ask
