Hi There I'm New To This Site Saw It Whilst I Was Roaming Around Google Lol I'm Currently Building A 1988 Yamaha TZR 125 cc 2kr Model Nearly Finished it Thank God Ha ha Its Taken Precious Time, Money And Effort To Get It To Where It Is Today But Nearly DOne Now All That Is Left To Do Is Sticker Kit Need To Locate One ( one Reason For Joining The Site To See If Any Of You Fellow Bikers Could Help Me Find One And Also Need To Fix Head Light As I Carnt Get Low Beam Only High Beam And Parking Light Aslo Need To Fix The Horn Then All Should Be Well For Passing The Mot Then Start Riding The Little Beauty If Any Of You Gus Could Offer Me Any Advice On /fixing The Problems I have Or Sourcing Parts And The Sticker Kit It Would Be Very Helpful Thanks Kind Regards Durk (Ash)  |

Here's a full TZR125 graphic set. I've heard that for £35 they're pretty good but don't buy it expecting OEM quality.

Have you got a good battery on the bike? The horn wouldn't work on my TZR250 until I got a new one. All it did was make the rev counter drop to zero as it drained all the electrical power.
For the non-working bulbs, check the filaments first and then trace the wires. If all is in order, check the switch for corrosion. |

Yeah Pal The Battery Is Fine Me And The Lad Whos Got Experiance building bikes has had to connect a wire to the horn and then if we touch the other end of the wire to bare metal it works so we were thinking its a corroded wire and as for the sticker kit Ive been watch in that on eBay but the guy dosent supply the top tank sticker which im looking for the full set but thanks for the guidance with the horn and the light will sure to try and do what you've said to fix the problems . thanks.
