That's quite cool. I wanted to do something similar when I was learning (as it could've helped some other ppl maybe) but as my writing style is basically non existent, I ditched the idea.

Very interesting read, thank you very much.

I don't think 40 is old to take up biking, although probably it is a bit higher than the average for this forum.

I am 55 gf is 58 and we bought a 125 last year as a bit of a late life learning exercise.
If I'd done it back in 1971 it wouls have been so much easier, though I'd now still probably be bloody dangerous although on a bigger bike.

One thing I have definitely learned from this is that young men have more testosterone.
