Would 250ml be enough to remove a few layers of powder coat off an air cooled twin engine? Karma

It's not mine, it's my dad's RD250.

I have to research everything though as he's always 'busy' Laughing

would it eat into a heat resistant powder coat? i tried to get what must have been an industrial strength powedercoat off a swingarm i had and it would not shift, i literally had to grind it off, even a blowtorch did nothing.

It doesn't really touch powder coating. Best thing to do is get it blasted off or dipped at a specialised place.

If I don't use Nitromors I'll be soaking it in a bucket of white spirit (it does work).

My dad's already putting it off as it is, if I tell him we need to take it somewhere to get bead blasted it'll never happen.
