i have a 1986-88 rg 125 gamma that has done just under 3000 miles. i have all service history, import certificate and first registration certificate. i have spent just under £700 on merchanic bills to pass the bike for mot (all reciepts kept). i have stripped the bike down compleatly to frame, had the frame poudercoated then rebuilt it checking every worn component. merchanically and electrically sound. replaced all piston components to .5 oversize and had it rebored. mot expiers 12/2010

1986-1988... so your getting 3 bikes?

3000 miles from new? either you're missing out a 0 or you're lying through your teeth.

recon forks, engine+carb, new break pads + disk + drum, replaced fairing, new oil rings, new sports exaust, new con rod + new oversized piston set, rebore, new compleate gaskets, part new wiering loom and regulator, new tyres.... list is long but fuck this site.... full of cheap second rate wankers with nothing to offer but critasism....

well to be fair, you did bring it on yourself, as there is a for sale section, and thats what you are doing, you didnt start a "discussion"
and 3000 miles, and the bike needed a rebore, and a conrod kit,
either you are lying about the milage, the work done, or that bike is one serious lemon,
you should get a bout 10x that with out having to do the conrod,
rings may be need doing at about 10 - 15k miles

put the bike on ebay, some little sucker will buy it, buit i doubt the price your after

finally some one with some sence of normality about them...... bought the bike with those miles on the speedomiter, the bike had been in storage about 3-4 years so i put some life back into it. granted the con rod didnt need changing but seeing as i was reboring it to get more power i thought a replacement wouldnt harm. thanks for the advice on where to sell and im sure ill get more than im looking for the bike... none of you have seen it or understand how much work i have put into it aswell as the engine. seeing as no one appriciated a fully restored piece of classic motorcycle then i garantee the smile on my face every morning when i look at it is enough to forget about the pompous pricks on this site....

As you've clearly demonstrated Wink

Do you enjoy meaningless and unrelated cold calls in the evening? Stupid spam cluttering your inbox? No? Neither do we here, respect the guidelines and you'll get on just fine. Act like a dick in your very first post and well gosh, you'll get treated like one.

As far as I can see though, the only pompous prick here is you tbh Thinking

Have a nice day! Thumbs Up

may be if you had a single round headlight and made atleast look like the standard wolf model,

but those cheepo headlights that you have on the bike do no favors at all,

any serious buyer that isnt a wee chav, wouldnt take a second look at the bike.

as for doing the conrod because you were doing a rebore just doesnt make sense at all,
thats doing a fairly major job, when only a minor job needed doing, if it needed doing at all, a set of rings would have surficed,
a .5mm overbore isnt to give you an ounce of extra power

you have gone from 124cc to 126cc

i think you have have gone about things a bit arse about face,
but good luck on the sale, i'd change that headlight if i were you

baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahhahahaahaha

if you want to see time, effort and worthwhile engine work, click the search tab and type 'project pms'

it'll make you realise what a bag of shite that really is.

I'll give you £200 for it, as a donor bike for parts for my PROPER RG125 restoration. Even then a lot of the useful parts like fairings, silencer look damaged.

So yeah, £200 from me.
