Only gone and dropped my bike....

Hi,

Yesterday i dropped my bike while taking out of my garage and in the process managed to break my cltuch lever and wing miror. I have got a replacement cltuch lever and perch but it is different to the one i had on the bike. As long as the clutch is adjusted correctly will this matter at all? Also the bike ( hyosung gtr125r) will not stat in less the clutch is in. Can i just connect the wires that lead to the switch togther, to bypass the cut out untill i can get a proper replacement??

just join the 2 wires together for the clutch switch as a temp measure.............

DO NOT start bodging your bike. Get the proper bits for it and get it fixed again before you start riding it.

whats it gonna hurt connecting the 2 wires together to get him back on the road?

Its just better if you get the bike back to the way it was by fixing the broken parts than to start messing around with the bike unnecessarily..

just adjust it, it will be fine, my clutch lever was from a CLR125.

Also..it should start with the clutch out in neutral, what year is your bike?
