Some bloke is offering to supply and fit a Phillips HID kit for 100 quid...

Thats not insignificant money to me, anyone have experience with HID's? worth the dosh? Is 100 a good price fitted?

Thought people off here can get them for a quarter of that and they're not hard to fit.
Theres something you have to do with them though, like let them warm up or stay on so that when you push the starter it doesnt cut them out on suzuki's not sure bout other models.

If its a phillips kit it should be high quality, although saying that ive had a kit from hong kong in my bike for the last 2 years and its still going strong. Price was about 60 pounds i think for a car kit, i sold the other half of the kit to another blackbird owner for 30 pounds so it worked out quite cheap. I think 100 pounds is a fair price to be fitted professionally to be honest.
