Came off today

... in full view of all the traffic and a couple of pedestriams. ok i was on my pushbike but it still hurt.

on an related note, i lost the lock part of my chain and lock this evening... basically i hadnt secured the lock to the m/bike, rode it about 8-9 miles home, then realised the lock had dropped off somewhere en route.

so like the hero i am i set off on my haro pushbike (true story) to retrace the exact route to see if i could see it but not expecting to. i only fecking found it after about 7 mile of staring at road gutters.
