Hi
You might be able to add it to your current policy as a 2nd bike. However although the premium for this might be cheap they might charge you a hefty admin fee so check first.
Failing that either get a dealers to pick it up and MOT it, get someone with a trailer to take it, get a monthly policy (eg, Ebike) or find someone whose insurance covers them to ride bikes they don't own (although with many companies this would be very dodgy if the bike isn't otherwise insured).
All the best

Am i right in thinking i need insurance documents to get the bike taxed?
if so i'll need some form of insurance (1 month), get the biked moted and then get it taxed right?
I want to be able to sell it with "tax and Tested" status |

This is probably the cheapest way: Day Insure. Also, in case you didn't know, you can legally ride to a booked MOT appointment without a valid MOT. ____________________ Riding: BMW R1150RT `02 bought mildly crashed
Fixing: Also the BMW as I get less broken bits
