make one yourself. get down to b&q and buy 2-3 meters of hose and fill it with liquid. oil works a bit better as it is heavier than water
see diagram. no need for extra fuel tank. engine should only be running at tick over for a minute or so, so the fuel in the lines should sufice.
when all the liquid is at equal levels balancing is done

Basically, the oil sits in the bottom of the lines. When the engine is running and the hoses are connected to the vacuum lines, the oil will move. You need to get it so that the vacuum is the same for each carb, so the oil sits at the same level in each tube. ____________________

Just make sure that the lines are quit long, and that there is plenty of weight in fluid in there.
If the lines are too short, or too little fluid, It could get sucked up the vauum lines and into the carbs. And make sure there are no air leaks either, it needs to be a closed loop. ____________________
