Strange how some of the rigs seem to be brighter than bloody Fort William Laughing

Wales is pretty dark, suppose it's better not to startle the sheep with torches and what not.
Seems most of Northern England's leccy meters havent been topped up with pound coins in a while Laughing
West Country gas street lights aint that bright either Wink

Surely it's equally apposite to point out that our cousins across the Northern border - hirsute and hardy though they may be - are simply too fucking stupid to have mastered the technology required to make light in the darkness. Switches are awfully complex Very Happy

We dont need lights to find our drinks or women. Scotsmen have a very acute sense of smell when it booze and pussy.

Anyway, I miss Mozambique. Come 10 oclock all the generators in 30 miles went off. Could see /every/ star going. There are a few I tell thee.

Hmm population density may be the reason, just becuase there's like loads of light comming from a bit in the south east that I'm pretty sure it quite highly populated and that. May be wrong though....

Try telling the government that, expect us to sit in the dark all night and turn out tv's off standby yet they illuminate the entire planet with streetlighting half the day every day.
