HELP!!!!!!! my yamaha aerox 50 wont start :(

hi i have and yamaha aerox and iv left it stand for about 6 months and naw i wanna use it again iv put a new plug and plug cap on and fresh petrol in it i charged tha battary but it still wonts start. iv tyed kiking it over buh it ust int happning any help or advise would be very helpful many thanks dan
