Did anyone catch this last night (damn insomnia)? I thought marathon runners were mad.
The one last night in Portugal 900 KM over 5 days, and the top 10 teams had between 5-10 hours sleep over that time.
Trekking, swimming, cycling, climbing AND orienteering
