Been away from the site for a bit. New computer, etc but I'm back now with a new bike.
Ive recently bought this a Honda Pantheon FES125 2003.

Been in a garage for 2 and half years. The photos are how i bought it. I put a new battery on it, pumped the tyres up, washed it , put it through the MOT, went straight through by the way, insured it and taxed it.
It has the honda screen, 45 litre honda topbox and £300 meta alarm too 
Will be using it everyday for a return journey of 7 miles a day. I would have liked somthing bigger and faster but i dont need it at the moment. Well beats using the motorhome everyday like i have been the last 12 months

Yes it was a pain in the arse to park and at 21mpg was not cheap ro run

can i suggest you leave, and come back with a bike? 
great little commuter, 7 miles a day isnt alot at all, that tank of petrol will last forever!
