What swift said, fluffy toys on the dashboard or parcel shelf is entirely the domain of women, no amount of hill climbing and breaking limbs on 1950's bikes can redeem you from that one. I bet you name your car too.

No the van is just The Van, my landy was the Pig though and all my bikes get a name and are always referred to in the female tense.
The most reliable vehicle I have ever owned is the van and the only one I have not named.

Not that I'm aware of in standard form.

Mine was a v6 2.8 special (lsd and leather seats) but they only made 140bhp! Hardly enough to move the fat old thing. Next one will be a 2.9 cosworth.

When she first owned MY car, she named him Colin.
Then she bought her own car and gave Colin back to me.
I have never named a vehicle in my life, and now I have Colin ...

I can't remember how Colin's dash looks, not driven it since, gosh, over a week now ... I think there is incense dust all over it it. I burn incense sticks in the ventilation slot to disguise the smell of joints (not too obvious, is it, officer?) - the bloody dust goes everywhere.

I'll go and take a picture tomorrow (maybe) ... too cold tonight.
