Some sort of glue

Right, need some advice...some of the plastics on my bike are cracking around the areas which have pressure...for example, where the hugger bends and is attached to the swinging arm.

Does anyone know of a glue perhaps, that I can apply to the front and rear of the hugger, which will seal the damage, and leave a clear finish? And not look too shoddy?
