.. in the cambs area with a full set of valve shims for a CB500 Twin?

I would just take it to a shop but given how time consuming it would be for me to check they've done it right (or done it at all!) I'd like to see it being done and I want to see what chain wear has done to the timing.

I would do it myself but it means stripping it down and leaving it off the road while I source the correct size shims.
