She fessed up! bent handle bar and the throttle is stuck, taking it to the mechanic later to get it looked over and repaired!

I agree on the parking placement, but when I arrived at work there was a minibus in the big gap, which is where the motorbikes usually park, I would normally be right up and out of the way, there are at least 3 motorbikes there all the time!
