Cancelling ebay transactions

[No More Names ......]

If i comit to buy say three items on ebay, then cancel them/delete them an hour later, is there any ill effects towards my ebay account/neg feedback .... ta

There just buy it now items for little money, going to buy them soon anyway .. just decided that the 8 other items i bought were enough for now, and cancelled the three i don't really need as of yet ...

Perhaps, i thought sellers could not leave Neg for buyers anymore ... if need be i will buy the items and mail the sellers ...

I bought something off ebay it was only like a fiver. Anyway I went to pay for them with my card and it wouldn't let me. I had no choice but to email the seller and explain. He emailed back saying it wasn't a problem and just carried on with the posting. It was one of them buy it nows where there was about 6 for sale.

When you click to buy, you have entered into an apparently "binding" contract to purchase/buy (last i remember there was a fairly significant warning that's what you were doing when you click the "buy" button).

So you'll be going back on a contract. Not that eBay cares, of course.
