So you still clicked BIN, but didn't proceed to pay for them? is that what your classing as "cancelling" them?

They can leave you neg feedback if so, and you can't leave it back for them.

I bought something off ebay it was only like a fiver. Anyway I went to pay for them with my card and it wouldn't let me. I had no choice but to email the seller and explain. He emailed back saying it wasn't a problem and just carried on with the posting. It was one of them buy it nows where there was about 6 for sale.

I got it mixed up, it's the other way around. You can leave him neg, he can't do it to you. That's why eBay has gone sh*t nowadays.

When you click to buy, you have entered into an apparently "binding" contract to purchase/buy (last i remember there was a fairly significant warning that's what you were doing when you click the "buy" button).

So you'll be going back on a contract. Not that eBay cares, of course.
