DT 125 Clutch...

Hey guys, recently had my the engine outta my DT fully rebuilt, New piston kit, crank, bearings etc.

Anyhow, got it all fitted in, started first kick buuuuuuut I have absolutely no resitance with the clutch, can pull right back to bars and it does nothing, have adjusted both ends and no diference. I can just pull the arm were it meets the crank case all the way and get no resitance at all.

Any ideas what it might be?? Something to do with the pushrod??

adjust it properly at the clutch end. I think for a dt its clutch cover off, slacken locknut in centre, twizzle screw until the points on the cam line up, and put it alll back.

More likely though is that youve forgotton to/lost the small ball bearing that goes between the pushrod and the clutch. Clutch plates out job to check that.
