Hi all...

still plodding along with the restoration of my 125 superdream twin (1984)

i am however having no end of problems trying to find some new camshaft bushes for the old fruit.

can anyone suggest a website that sells them please, ive searched google etc but am at a loss

Camshaft bushes? Last one of them I had apart the camshaft ran directly on the head. Please post a picture.

I've just (apart from MOT) restored a Superdream and the cam definitely runs on bushes. The LHS is held in place with a circlip the RHS just slides off.

Are yours missing or do you think they are worn?

Here's a website that appears to sell them (the model on the link isn't 100% identical but you get the general idea).

Very expensive for what they are and you might find them cheaper elsewhere.

yes mine are worn, need replacing really...

i've been looking for a few days and cant seem to find them.

least they stock them..a bit expensive but gotta have em..

Also, might be worth checking that the oil pump works, o-ring seal is still in place etc just in case that caused the bearing wear in the first place.
