I've got an Oxford Alarm Disk Lock and it's doing my head, it seems to go off all the time, meaning I often have to leave it de-activated to avoid pissing off the neighbours.

Just wondering whether anyone else has got one and has the same problems. I'm thinking of sending it back to Oxford but I don't want to accept a replacement if it's just going to give me the same problem.

The first set of batteries went in about two months and, at the current rate, I reckon the latest set won't last much longer.

I've tried standing it on a flat surface (no problems), and various angles on the disk (cannot find one that doesn't go off repeatedly for the first two minutes after being put on.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I've got one and the only time it goes off is if it or the bike get wobbled. It has never just gone off just sitting on the bike disk.
