Watched 'wild hogs' on the BBCi player https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00r0qns/Wild_Hogs/

It covers lots of BCF threads.

Chillis
Boredom
Ferrets
Bullying
Bikes

I enjoyed it. Pretty stupid though, I can't imagine really having fun while doing the riding part of it on completely straight roads and on a cruiser.

You so lie.
That film is nothing like BCF Shocked

Well, maybe it is ... but if there is anybody on this forum who looks like Ray Liotta ... they better show themselves *now*.

Brie, Stilton, Wensleydale.
The holy trinity of cheeses.

Followed closely by Cheddar (mature) and bocconcini mozarrella which goes exceptionally well with beetroot and freshly cooked french beans.

Why I look in a thread to do with cheese, when I can't eat cheese is anyone's guess...it's like Chinese Water Torture. Rolling Eyes

God, you've made me yearn for a big block of stilton again. Damn you.
T'other christmas I found a Sainsbury finest nonsense one, reduced from 15 odd quid to £1 Laughing Twas about the size of my head, and totally scrummy Mr. Green

The best bit was making stilton sauce for all meat goodies Very Happy

Ah well, better make do with my bowl of undercooked kidney Neutral

As for Wild Hogs, I was actually pleasantly surprised with it. Expected to hate it, but there were a few very funny bits (the crow Laughing).

But, that link was very good, as Iplayer has that tourettes program on it.
Turn it on and prepare to go to hell
Second best program the BBC has ever aired, the first being Shoot the Messenger.

I love cheese but Stilton is over rated IMHO, If I want a British blue cheese I go for Shropshire Blue or Cornish Yarg, my favourite blue though is Piccos from Spain. A good unpasteurised and aged cheddar is very hard to beat as is a Double Gloucester of the same quality. For stench I like Munster from the Alsace region of France, it smells of athlete's foot but is a little too sweet for me.
The trouble with cheese is the fat content and as much as I love it I limit myself to 100g a month.
