I need to apply for a logbook to take bike to MOT.
Is it a V62 i need to pick up from the post office?
What else would I need?

£25 and time. To ride the bike to the MOT you will need insurance. VERA 1994 gives dispensation for being on the road with no tax/MOT if you are attending or returning from a prebooked MOT amongst other things...

There you go, don't need to go to the post office, just find a printer...

Yea the insurance is simple, pennies!
I dislike having to pay for a log book...but it needs to be done.. otherwise its going to sit unused Sad

If you don't need to change any info on the logbook you can call up the DVLA and they will get it to you within 10 days, 0300 790 6802

Hey

well basically got an FZR off squiffy, its not had the owner changed in a while.. and has since been lost w/e...

So i need to register it in my name.. but have no proof its mine, aside from the invoice from squiffy

Ok You'll need to fill out the form and send it off. Don't need any evidence, I did it not so long ago for a bike and the V5 rolled up after a few weeks.
