Theory Test - Just booked it for next week -- Any Tips ?

Just took the plung and booked for my Theory Test, taking it next week.

Anyone got any tips for the test ?

What practice have you done? Have you got the theory test on cd?

If not its worth getting.

I've been doing all the online mock tests and get between 31 and 34 in them, did some of the online hazard tests too, and got well above the average score, and when I did my CBT, the instructor said I would be fine with the Theory Test and the Practical Test.

I was a despatch rider 14 years ago..... Laughing

I've been driving legally for 8+ years but I still was getting some questions wrong on the theory test (more to do with the rubbish way they are worded)

I got a copy of the theory test on CD and ran through that a couple of times and all was well and fine 100% on the test.

You should be fine on the hazard perception test though.

Just study that book, I passed first time wiv it. Its all common sense, and the Hazard awareness bit, well you just gotta hit the button when you see the hazard.

The theory test is dead easy. Its multiple choice and the wrong answers are so blatently wrong you really can't fail.

I barely scraped through the hazard perception test though - I made the mistake of waiting til the hazard was blindingly obvious before I clicked the mouse (to avoid clicking too early and scoring 0 points), so the tip there is to click it as soon as possible.

It doesn't help that the person recording the video apparently drives everywhere at 5mph. Confused

I hope you aren't going to the test center in Doncaster? The receptionist there is a right stroppy old witch.
