Just a heads up.

I've just been using MCN compare to sort my insurance out and got an email offering me a free copy of either Bike, Ride, Classic Bike or Performance Bike magazine.

Might be worth just getting a quote for the free mag.

Hmmm.... didn't think of that.

There's plenty of places you can get disposable email addresses from though aren't there? Should have done that really.

Did they also ask you when you insurance was due for renewal and for a contact phone number?

Expect lots of phone calls near your renewal time Thumbs Up

No such thing as a free lunch (or a free bike mag in this case).

To be honest I was actually looking for insurance!

Was a nice bonus to get the email about the free mag though.

Got a good deal on the insurance as well to be fair and no phone calls as of yet (unlike confused.com who phone within five minutes of being on their website!).

The only downside was that going directly to the insurer (as they offer £30 cashback) resulted in a higher quote (even taking into account the cash back). Not the end of the world mind, £110 for a years insurance? Yes please.
