Value a ktm for me?

Hi, was wondering if you helpful people could put an approximate value on a bike for me please.?
Its a 2003 ktm lc4 640 supermoto, 5000 miles, with a full akropovic exhaust system, a keihn FCR41 race carb and modded airbox done by ktm.

Condition wise looks pretty good.
Now, another question if i may... I'm guessing i would be able to fit some off road wheels to this? Or is the fact its an SM mean that the suspension and brakes would all be no good for the bumpy stuff?
