Dads selling his toys. gettig a black bird to tour europe in a few months. so selling the toys he aint using atm. to fund the trip and to get a decent lackbird

what would you all put a price on :

Tl1000r 'r' Reg, 4600 miles GENUINE with mot's to prove it.one tiny mark on the tail pice. comes with Quills and stock cans. totaly stanard otherwise :

GSX1400 K2 ?? 02 plater. 10k miles the blue screen is now binned after a big stone. comes with BRAND new tyres. ad a fresh MOT. just had a dealer service at mounts motorcycles. Has micron cans and stock cans and K&n filter.

No idea on prices, but I personally found the blackbird to be uncomfortable after an hour..
That, and it drinks... probably more than the GSX1400 Sad

hhmmz my father finds the gsx bland and 'too boring' hence low milage. he use to rather take a bandit 12 out just the bandits dont hae a decent enough tank range

fair enough, to be honest, its my own opinion...he might find it comfy as an armchair, but for my it caused aches Sad

probaly will be a boring bike for him jumping of a t595 and tl1000r


he just wants a big tank some panniers and some shelter

If as described, the TLR should fetch £3k.

Not really up on the muscle bikes - though probably about the same for the 1400.

A ZX-12R is a better choice than the Blackbird - brilliant tourer but also mental - great fun Thumbs Up

meh well the tl1000 made 2060 bit low but over the reserve someone got a bargain i doubt another one like this will come along for a long long time
