The local Homebase store has kindly given me a gazebo and chairs for in the paddock for the sprinting - about £80 saved - so in return I arranged to have a Homebase sticker put on the bike (just
spray painted a fairing so it's plain yellow atm anyway).

Went into the designers and gave them the details - the Homebase logo on a clear background with a black outline. And the size, 15 x 4. Only, I gave them the size in inches not centimetres by mistake. It's come out two-and-a-half times the size I wanted it and there's not a bit of plastic on the bike big enough to fit!

The only place it'll go is across my shoulders on my leathers, and then I'll look even more of a pillock. First race on Monday too and the sign folk are closed now, so can't get it fixed.

What a dick I feel!
