Need help with some PHP

Anyone any good at it?

Basicaly i want a data form to be filled out on a website and then emailed to my email address BUT i want it so 3 attachments can be added (or not...thats up to the user).

Anyone care to help me with this?

I tried ALL day yesterday with no luck. I would either get the email with no data or get some data and a .dat attachment etc.

I will be happy to post the form code if somone is able to help! I just need the PHP bit...i think.

Something like this for the email side?
I have a similar thing on a website I made but that allows users to upload a file and emails me to let me know they have done it.
What type of files will they be sending?
