Forgive a newbie silly questions, but with EU laws making the CBF 'the new CG125', will spare CG125 parts eventually dry up?

Abundant spare parts seem to be one of the greatest advantages of the CG125.
It's just a minor concern of mine as I hunt around for a cheap 125.

On a related but more trivial note, how come cheap Chinese CG125 clones are allowed, yet the actual CG125s are restricted due to the new EU policy on emissions?

Thanks in advance. Thumbs Up
