changing the time and temp Triumph 955i clocks

Hello all,

I have got a Triumph Speed triple 1050 on a Daytona 955i frame with the clocks off the daytona.

I have no idea how to change the time or the temperature on the clocks. I attempted to change the time and managed to change it to Fahrenheit !! I can't believe that this has me stumped.

I am not a technology geek and am just not used to changing the time on anything that doesn't have a dial.

I thought my triumph was cutting edge because it had an automatic choke.

any help much appreciated.
