Before posting had looked on racevisors, they don't seem to do what i want .... don't know model of lid til moro ..

Although i shall look again when i pick up my caberg lid for 40 quid .. was bros ... in top condition caus he's bRought a 500 quid Arai .. or whatever to go with his 100 quid ear plugs ..

My 2.50 ebay lid is OK, but i've scratched it to buggerry, have learnt you need to take care of your lid if you want it to stay in good nik ... spose being 2.50 i did not care ...

Anyway, when i know the model number i will report back with what i intend on buying ...

Another one for Racevisors.co.uk - got a few lids for the HJC from them...

i've also had the same "slip / stick" in insert in my spare helmet for about 4 years now, doesn't look amazing up close, but does the job and hasn't fallen out so that get's a too !

The inserts are awesome, i had a mirrored one on a lid last year and it really helped.

Useful if you get stopped too.... pull over quickly and a sly grab for the inside of the visor then just straight into the jacket = no £30 fine.

Yeah, i've ordered of ebay pack of four .. are they legal, then no need to pull them off !! .

Are they easy to put on, as i'm cumbersome ...

Heres the lid btw .. 40 quid in V good con ... it's a flip jobby and is actually Matt Black ....

The box it sits on is the Lidl one for 30 quid AVAIL NOW ... don't put your foot on it to do laces up or your crack it like i have ...

I just got given a lid with a clear, black, and mirrored visors as well.

looks like i'll be buying another set of inserts then for my commuting lid then

I'm going to try and look after new lid .. use the cover for it ... they don't half get wrecked when you don't treat them right, and they seem to fall over easy ..

tbh i have a visor that is on my main lid and i carry clear one on long trips and as i work nights i have a night light (white one) that i use insert with when needed and the insert is better than visor for keeping sun out its about 75% of light blocked but over 40% that the visor has its a big diffence but like i say i like visor better

Don't waste your money as that helmet already has a tinted inner visor that comes down with the lever that's on the side of it.

Unless you are wanting one for the image.

Well mine came .. wrecked one fitted the second ..

Good value and look good, not from close ... proper visor would be better .. gona keep my eye out, as helmet was 40 quid .. dont wnat to spend 30 on a visor ..


ALSO ..... came with a not saying daytime AND off raod use only .. which makes me think they may well be illegal to use ..
