Well I'd assume you should at least be in 'full control' of the ve-hick-le at all times? Arguably with your legs astride the handlebars nowhere near the rear brake and unable to use the front, and with no means to a rapid change of direction you're not??? But I'm just guessing, maybe this guy has reached a higher level of mind control?
I think with the general authoritarian attitude of the police in this country would mean they came down on you like a ton of bricks and you'd end up in court!

I don't live anywhere near london.
I'll get some gaffatape for the throttle and try it on the M6 tomorrow.
Don't have anyone to film me though lol
