My RXS currently has no split pins what-so-ever on it. I know it's not a serious safety issue but I'd still like to get them all replaced reasonably soon. Where can I get the right ones for my RXS?

Thanks

You can buy a box of assorted splitpins from halfrauds for a few quid.

Reading over the KH125's service history/MOT... it failed on split pins not being present Neutral

One of the things my bike failed on the other day. You do need them, really.

As I said, go and buy a big box - you should have everything you need in there.

I'd put some splitpins in the most important bits for now. Rear wheel castlenut, brake torque arm, etc.

If you don't have any you can use a bent nail, or a paperclip, or a bit of welding rod.

They are there for a reason remember.

You're probably right. I don't have any at all right now, so I'll order those off ebay and they should be here by Friday. Don't want anything falling off Razz

I'm sure you could probably get away with a bent paper clip or anything pretty much. I wouldn't expect them to be under any great amount of force. the things only there to stop vibrations e.t.c loosening the nut off as there's no nyloc thing to stop them undoing themself.

Should be delivered tomorrow so I can put them in. It is important to have safeguards. Don't want my axle nuts coming loose when I'm doing 60...
