My bike has started stinking of petrol. I've just noticed that one of the pipes doesn't go anywhere. I don't know if this is the cause, or if the pipe is some kind of breather pipe that's not meant to go anywhere. Attached are some pictures. Thanks for any help, and sorry if it's a dumb question!

looks like a breather pipe if it comes from the petrol tank,routing looks a little odd though.

I've got it booked into Honda to see where the leak is. I was hoping that I'd avoid the labour cost if it's something obvious like that pipe. Unfortunately, I don't have the time (or knowledge) to start taking things to bits to dig deeper.

It's a breather / overflow. My 6f has a hose in a similar position.
